Actimove Surgical Abdominal Binder
An Actimove Abdominal Binder for post-surgery and recovery from strains.
The Surgical Binder provides support and compression to abdominal muscles weakened by strain - all without restricting breathing or muscle redevelopment. An abdominal strain is defined as a mild injury to the abdominal muscles resulting from trauma, overuse, pregnancy, inactivity, or surgeries such as cesarean, liposuction or hysterectomy. The surgical binder enhances compliance following open abdominal surgical procedures and can help prevent sedentary complications such as pneumonia. Wearing a binder encourages embulation earlier and allows for more comfortable and controlled breathing.

Latex Free
Fasten closure and hand wash in cold water with mild soap. Wrap in a towel to remove excess water (do not twist or wring). air dry away from heat. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach.
Hand washing with Jolastic Washing Solution is recommended to protect the elastic fiber and help prevent fading of color.
Sizing: Measure around the fullest part of the abdomen
9" Three Panel and 12" Four Panel:
- XSmall: 21.75" - 33.5"
- Small: 33.5 - 45.25"
- Medium: 45.25" - 61"
- Large: 61: - 76.75"
The 12" Four Panel Binder is appropriate for longer torsos or taller patients.
